SolarGy Our Management staff are senior practising electrical professional engineer and architect in the building construction industry. With their intimate knowledge of building electrical installations and building architecture, they are well placed to quickly understand the customer's requirements in terms of solar applications to buildings. Similarly, our Management staff are also well equipped with the background engineering knowledge to comprehend the solar technologies of the various PV manufacturers. Combining their building experience and engineering knowledge, they can bring about the most appropriate, cost effective and creative solar energy solutions to suit the needs of each project.

SolarGy SolarGy is also focused on Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BiPV) - a system that consists of integrating photovoltaics modules into the building envelope, such as the roof, skylight or the façade. By simultaneously serving as building envelope material and power generator, BiPV systems can provide savings in materials and electricity costs, reduce use of fossil fuels and emission of ozone depleting gases, and add architectural interest to the building.

We believe integration of PV panels into building envelopes can become a creative architecture design in the years to come. Interest in the building integration of photovoltaics, where the PV elements actually become an integral part of the building, often serving as the exterior weather skin, is growing worldwide. PV specialists and innovative designers in Europe, Japan, and the U.S. are now exploring creative ways of incorporating solar electricity into their work.

Our in-house architectural integrator has wide experience in design of building facades and skylights. We are thus well placed to architecturally integrate solar panels into building elements. With our architectural background, we are also able to understand and appreciate the BiPV concepts of our Client's architects and are well equipped to effectively develop their design into construction and shop drawings and to subsequently implement them on site with the support of our curtain wall specialist and electrical engineers.
