Products & Services | System Integration
SolarGy selects the most suitable solar products and integrates them into efficient solar solutions to meet the specific
customer needs. With our team of qualified and experienced engineers, architects and technicians, we are ready to provide the
following services and solutions to our Clients:
SolarGy's design team has several years of hands-on design consultancy experience on building architecture and building
electrical installations and are fully competent of providing the most cost effective solar energy solutions to their Clients.
Due to their consultancy culture, the design team is very much Client focused instead of seller-focused - SolarGy would place
Client's interest above all and will highlight to them the cost effectiveness of any proposals.
Prior to confirmation of order, SolarGy can assist their potential Clients to:
Upon receipt of a purchase order, the design team would perform detailed engineering calculations including string sizing, cable sizing,
breaker sizing, inverter selection, battery sizing, etc. Thereafter, the team would commence preparation of shop (or working) drawings in
CAD format for review/approval by the Client's project/consultant team. Where necessary, site measurements and survey will be carried out
prior to preparation of drawings. The drawings for a typical PV system would include:
Upon approval of the shop drawings and arrival of materials and components, SolarGy's site team would commence installation of the system
on site and work closely with the Client's Main Contractor / Electrical Sub-Contractor / Curtain Wall Sub-Contractor. All site safety
measures will be observed. In particular, the electrical works will be supervised by SolarGy's Licensed Electrical Worker, as required by
EMA (Singapore) regulations. Upon completion, site testing and commissioning will be carried out to prove the performance of the system
before handling over to the Client. Operation manual and as-built drawings will be submitted and training conducted to the Users.

Prior to confirmation of order, SolarGy can assist their potential Clients to:
- Advise on possible / optimum location of the PV arrays taking into consideration shadows from taller towers, plants, trees, etc., aesthetics, etc.
- Estimate approximate layout and dimension of PV arrays based on the indicated solar power required.
- Estimate the possible solar peak power that can be generated based on the area allocated.
- Advise ballpark cost estimate for the complete solar energy solution.
- Advise potential energy savings over the year.
- Advise time frame / schedule for order, delivery, site installation, testing and commissioning.

- Location of inverters and monitoring devices
- Fixing details of the PV modules
- Cable routing and details of cable concealment
- Electrical single line diagram of the modules, strings, inverters and connection/interface with the building's distribution board(s) or main switchboard(s).
- Earthing system and equipotential bonding
